In 2015, nothing really eventful happened until May. In May, we had a event between my class and another 5th grade class called the multicultural fair where we brought a food from the culture we came from. The next interesting thing that happened was in June on the second to last day of the school year when we went "camping" in the field. Everyone brought tents to set up and things to play and entertain themselves with. We did some fun activities like challenges, a giant water gun fight, and scavenger hunts. But when school ended... I went to the play ground to play grounders with a few other people, when after everyone left except for 4 people, (Me, Josh J, Myah, and Trason) we found a black bottle. Not knowing what was inside, the other 3 people started throwing it around the playground when suddenly, it crashed into the ground in between the red play ground and the portable, smashed into the portable and opened. Being shocked, I waited until the red cloud appearing from the bottle disappeared to run into it to get my stuff that I left there. But then it hit me. A painful shock coursing through out my eyes, burning them, so I quickly had to get my stuff to the wall of the school and realized I had a towel to wrap my water guns with. So I pulled it off and put my eyes on it. Josh had it on his cheeks and not his eyes because of his glasses so he put it there. So went back and forth from the bathroom to relieve the pain. Trason quickly left but after about 30 minutes I eventually went home, where I froze a towel and covered my eyes with it, it gradually went away. After that painful experience, on the last day of school, I figured out it was bear spray someone probably brought to get the whole idea of camping, and on that day, I went home to relax on my summer break. During summer break, I went out skateboarding with my friends a lot, and I went to Rob's house for the first time. After summer break, I went to school wondering who the teachers will be, so I met Mr.Lewis, Mrs.Wick, and Mr.Dorland. It took a while to get used to Mr.Dorland and everyone I didn't know, but eventually I got along with everyone. After September, in October, Halloween was the highlight of it, where I got loads of candy to last me until New Year. Then in November, I had a giant dinner with my family where I was extremely stuffed. Before I knew it, it was December, where everyone was hyped up for Christmas, where we did lots if art and decorating around the room. But sadly, that was also the month where it was announced that Mr.Dorland was leaving. It was a sad day... But now we have the rest of 2016 and a new awesome teacher to look forward to.
